My husband and I first began visiting this place pre-COVID, and then we continued during COVID because they stayed open, unlike most places. They serve rolled ice cream, something that was a craze a few years back, but has kind of died off. However, this is one the tastiest ice creams I have ever had, rolled or otherwise. They also serve shakes, boba teas, and more. I always get their rolled ice cream. Their menu is slightly confusing, you have to order the rolled ice cream in three steps, the first being your base. Then you pick your toppings, and then your drizzle, which is some kind of chocolate derivative typically, i.e. white chocolate, chocolate, etc. We always get the Nutella base, which is vanilla ice cream with a layer of Nutella rolled in there. Then I get coconut and bananas as topping, and regular chocolate drizzle. They have pre-selected items too on their menu, meaning with the base, toppings and drizzle already chosen. These are also good. This is a delectable treat and it is fun to watch it being made. The process involved starting out with cream on a freezer board, and flipping and rolling it until a solid is formed. The makers use tools to form the rolls and mix the ice cream. It is entertaining to watch. The one downside to this location is that the customer service is not very good. The place is largely run by a younger crew. They aren’t very friendly or accommodating. Additionally, it takes some time to make the ice cream, so if you are in a long line the wait can be considerable. Either be willing to wait, or don’t stay if a line is in place. The end result is worth it, most of the time. I have waited up to 30 minutes for my ice cream before. The place is cute with comfortable seating, and it is delicious. I recommend trying it at least once! It is an experience and worth the wait in my opinion! Enjoy a sweet treat!
